Follow-Up Neurological Physiotherapy Our Follow-Up Neurological Physiotherapy sessions are designed to provide ongoing support and adjustments to your treatment plan as you progress in your rehabilitation journey. These sessions include: 1. Progress Review: Evaluating your improvement since the last session, discussing any changes in your symptoms, and addressing any new concerns. 2. Treatment Adjustment: Modifying your exercises and treatment techniques based on your progress and current needs to ensure continued improvement and prevent any setbacks. 3. Skill Reinforcement: Reinforcing correct exercise techniques and providing additional training to enhance your skills and confidence in performing your exercises independently. 4. Education and Support: Offering guidance on lifestyle modifications, posture, and ergonomics to support your neurological health and overall well-being. 5. Goal Setting: Updating your rehabilitation goals to align with your progress and ensure that you are working towards achievable and meaningful outcomes. These follow-up sessions ensure that your treatment plan remains effective and responsive to your evolving needs, helping you achieve optimal neurological health and functional independence.
Cancellation Policy
Service Provision 1 Assessment and Treatment: All clients will receive an assessment by a qualified and registered physiotherapist. Following the assessment, a treatment plan will be proposed, detailing the nature of the treatments, their potential risks, and the expected outcomes. Clients have the right to decline any proposed treatment without prejudice. 2 Privacy and Setting: Consultations and treatments are primarily delivered on a one-to-one basis, ensuring the privacy of the client. Services may be provided in various settings, including domiciliary, public gyms, hydrotherapy pools, and parks, as agreed upon. 3 Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on the client's needs, subject to availability. The Practice operates a minimum two-week waiting list, which may be negotiable in urgent cases. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment are charged at the full rate. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged at half rate.
